BACKGROUND
Hans graduated from the University of Nottingham.
Hans' practice encompasses corporate and commercial transactions, financing, corporate restructuring, real estate, and corporate and commercial litigation
Professional experience
He advises companies, investors and shareholders on mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financing, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and compliance. HIs transactional experience includes business acquisitions and disposals, fundraising, investments in financially distressed companies and share buybacks, involving both Singapore and international clients.
Hans also handles corporate and commercial litigation. He has acted as lead and co-lead counsel in successful applications to terminate winding up proceedings.
His real estate experience encompasses collective sales and the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties. He also advises on applications to the Land Dealings Approval Unit for foreign individuals and companies to own land in Singapore.
